Platform role

Paws to Home provides information, search, sharing and contact tools. It does not receive animals or make rescue, medical, foster or adoption decisions.

Data and responsibility

Publishers are responsible for accuracy and follow-up. The platform does not read WhatsApp conversations or publish private information without consent.

Formal review

This is an MVP working version. Hong Kong legal and privacy review is required before broad public recruitment.
